Our SMART, energy efficient homes save you money! We use a third-party vendor to certify all our homes with an all-important HERS Rating. Twice during construction, each home is inspected by Skyetec, an independent energy rating service who verifies that the home meets RESNET standards. Once construction is complete, findings are sent to the Florida Solar Energy Center, a RESNET Accredited Rating Provider, who officially certifies results.
ICI Homes builds a tighter building envelope, we install high performance windows and doors, and Energy Star appliances. We also install earth-friendly carpeting and water conserving fixtures
