Our grand Club Mosaic and surrounding amenities will begin construction in May 2019. We are so excited to bring this development to our residents and potential homeowners. In most communities, construction of the resident’s club doesn’t start until 25-50% of the development is built out. We wanted to give Mosaic homeowners this added benefit early on. Currently, only about 5% of Mosaic is under construction or sold.

In a recent News Journal Article, our ICI Homes‘ East Central Florida Division Manager and Marketing Manager were interviewed to talk about the upcoming development and what the amenity center will have to offer.

The residents’ club will have two swimming pools — one that is designed more for families and the other for adults. It will feature an outdoor amphitheater with an event lawn, an extensive playground for kids, a living and a party room, as well as a fitness center.

“Fitness classes are already being scheduled,” said Samuel Morrisett, ICI Homes’ East Central Florida Division Manager.

The club will also include a firepit with “nice chairs around to experience the lake in the day and in the evening.” A west-facing boardwalk will be installed with a view over Lake Mosaic.

Morrisett explained that he recently learned that the lake will be stocked with bass. “It will be a great opportunity for family fishing,” he said.
