Location might not be the first priority for every home buyer, but the longer one lives somewhere, the more important it can become.
That’s especially true at Mosaic, ICI Homes’ master-planned community in Daytona Beach. You can get to anywhere from Mosaic, whether locally or statewide.
But, distance isn’t the only variable here. Tasks like grocery-store runs and doctor appointments become quickly doable rather than dreaded treks. And when Mosaic residents are ready to go afar, their community’s centralized location puts them on two major interstates only minutes from their front doors.
Here’s why Mosaic is the perfect location for Daytona Beach and beyond.
Key takeaways
- Mosaic offers a highly convenient Daytona Beach location with quick access to I-95, I-4, shopping, dining, healthcare, and entertainment.
- Its setting next to Tiger Bay State Forest gives residents a peaceful backdrop while keeping everyday essentials just minutes away.
- Mosaic’s location makes it easy to enjoy both local Daytona Beach attractions and road trips across Florida.
- Residents also enjoy resort-style amenities and a wide range of floor plans in a community designed for both convenience and lifestyle.
Where it is
Why is Mosaic so expertly sited? It’s off the beaten path, to use a cliche, yet right next door.
Mosaic is located off LPGA Boulevard, just west of the LPGA Boulevard exit on Interstate 95 in Daytona Beach. Its official address is 696 Mosaic Boulevard, which you’ll find on the west side of LPGA Boulevard, just north of the Florida Tennis Center. Across the street is LPGA headquarters (Mosaic residents are covered on convenient access to major sports here!).
Mosaic’s 800 acres back up to the 27,330-acre Tiger Bay State Forest, which means perpetual, peaceful conservation-land surroundings. But there’s plenty to do and see once you leave the community.
Which brings us to…
What’s nearby
Mosaic is quietly tucked just northwest of the 1-4 interchange with 1-95. Residents are mere minutes from the latter, which is Florida’s east coast traffic artery running from Miami to Jacksonville, and from the former, which begins/ends at I-95 and takes travelers west to Orlando and the Tampa Bay region.
Take LPGA Boulevard south from Mosaic’s entrance. A few miles and minutes later, residents are at U.S. Highway 92 (also known as International Speedway Boulevard, or more familiarly, ISB). Turn left (east) on ISB. Two miles away are Daytona International Speedway, Daytona International Airport and the Daytona Rising dining, shopping and entertainment complex.
Continue east on ISB to the World’s Most Famous Beach.
Closer to home — on the east and west sides of LPGA Boulevard’s I-95 exit — is Daytona Beach’s largest shopping, dining and services district, anchored by multiple grocers (Publix and Sprouts Farmers Market), Tomoka Town Center, Tanger Outlets Daytona, and a giant Buc-ee’s convenience store with its hundred-plus gas pumps.
