Physically, Mosaic’s new Residents Club is the community’s largest amenity. But it’s hardly only one amenity. Club Mosiac, which opened in May 2020, incorporates an entire menu of fun activities and spaces for Mosaic residents, and we want to give you a tour!
If you’re a Mosaic resident or are considering buying or building a new custom Florida home here, you probably know Club Mosaic sits front and center in this master-planned community in Daytona Beach.
It’s the gateway to activities and gatherings framed by views of Mosaic’s largest lake and nightly sunsets. Club Mosaic also pays architectural homage to the community’s name with its striking, colorful windows set in a freeform “mosaic” grid.

What’s inside
There are two indoor sections to Club Mosaic.
To the right is the fitness center, outfitted with cardiovascular machines, free weights, weight machines and exercise areas stocked with other workout equipment.
The soaring, cantilevered ceiling adds spaciousness.
To the left is the main indoor gathering space. 
Think of it as Mosaic’s community “living room,” with a soaring ceiling similar to the fitness center’s. In the gathering space, comfy sofas and chairs invite casual lingering and visits among neighbors. Tables and chairs also are available for meetings, card or table games, or as the centerpiece of a coffee group.
Window walls, which reflect sunshine, brightness and views of Mosaic’s outdoor amenities brighten both the fitness center and gathering room. Speaking of…
What’s outside of Club Mosaic
Even more community goodies! The covered, open-air gathering space between the fitness center and gathering room building serves as Mosaic’s unofficial front porch.
Weather-resistant tables and chairs make lingering in damp swim suits or exercise clothing a comfortable, durable experience when you take a break. More ceiling fans cool you from overhead.
Beyond the open-air gathering space is not one, but TWO resort-style swimming pools. 
The larger family-sized pool beckons everyone while the other pool is reserved for adults. And, plenty of lounging space surrounds the pools’ deck.
A playground is tucked on the north side of the fitness center — a special space for kids of all ages. Nearby, a covered amphitheater overlooks a wide lawn. The amphitheater stage is available for outdoor events and concerts.
Follow the wide path from the Residents Club building and the pools out toward Mosaic’s main lake. A boardwalk at the lake’s edge provides the perfect place for fishing or just enjoying the view.
But here’s what’s sure to become a community favorite: another outdoor lounging space tailor-made for evening sunset-watching. White porch swings beckon under two pergolas and timeless Adirondack chairs encircle Mosaic’s own fire pit — perfect for year-round neighborliness.
