Read on to discover why you should make Mosaic your new Daytona Beach home.
Big news from Boeing
This dropped not long ago and is a significant addition to the Daytona area economy.
The aircraft, defense and aerospace manufacturing giant announced that a new engineering center will be based on Emory-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Daytona Beach campus. Known as Boeing Daytona Beach, it will be housed in the entire Cici and Hyatt Brown Center for Aerospace Technology, in Emory-Riddle’s Research Park.
Scheduled to open this fall, Boeing Daytona Beach is expected to bring 400 new jobs to the area.
More places for Mosaic shoppers
Still more jobs are being created at the LPGA Boulevard exit of Interstate 95, which is home to Daytona Beach’s main shopping, dining and services hub. Anchored by Tomoka Town Center and Tanger Outlets on the east side of I-95, this hub contains many major retail players — think Sam’s Club, Rooms To Go, and so on — with more on the way.
Two of the newest additions are an Ashley Furniture home furnishings store near Sam’s Club and Rooms To Go, and an Ace Hardware store at the intersection of LPGA Boulevard and Williamson Boulevard. That’s 60,169 square feet of new interior design inspiration for your new custom Florida home at Mosaic, and there’s no such thing as too many hardware stores!
What else is on the way at Tomoka Town Center? Soon, Mosaic residents can enjoy PopStroke — an atypical putt-putt golf course that features a restaurant and challenging shot-making for all ages. It’s also scheduled for a fall debut, and one of the PopStroke chain’s founders is golfing legend Tiger Woods.
A community for all
All of these new jobs could mean lots of new Daytona Beach residents. So enter Mosaic as a great residential destination.
Located five minutes west of the LPGA Boulevard exit, Mosaic is five minutes from the I-95 and I-4 interchange, five minutes from Tomoka Town Center, and approximately 10 minutes from Embry-Riddle.
Its single-family homes of all sizes offer many options, and the resident amenities — anchored at Club Mosaic — mean next-level fun. Add a nonstop schedule of community activities and you’ll be right at home in no time.
