In this episode, we sit down with Angela and George Vogel, Mosaic residents and local business owners of DAGGZ® Authentic Sauces.
Location, Location, Location
As former DeBary residents, the Vogels told us about how they started their home search by viewing properties at a local 55+ community but quickly realized that it wasn’t a right fit for them. While headed home, they caught a glimpse of Mosaic and were instantly captivated by the communities lively charm before they made the decision to make Mosaic home.
When asked about Mosaic’s location, they shared their thoughts without hesitation. “Daytona’s fun, we like it.” Angela tells us “There’s always something going on.”
With its ideal location off of LPGA Blvd, west of I95 and north of I4, Mosaic is far enough away from the everyday hustle and bustle of Daytona while being just minutes away from all of the action. George went on to say “We love it here. Maybe this is our last home here.”
Mosaic Supports Local
As the Vogels talk to us about their favorite amenities at Mosaic, it’s no surprise that their favorite isn’t an amenity at all, but is Caroline, Mosaic’s dedicated Lifestyle and Activities Director. “Caroline is unbelievable. She is the amenity center.” George says while Angela chimes in with “She is amazing!”
To say it simply, if all of the residents are pieces of the Mosaic puzzle, then Caroline is, without a doubt, the glue that holds it all together. Between organizing the resident activities and events, and being the smiling face advocating for the Mosaic community, she takes the time to cultivate ongoing partnerships with valued local organizations. These partnerships have resulted in the incredible resident rewards program, Mosaic Plus.
As a local business, DAGGZ® is a Mosaic Plus Community Partner and a frequent vendor at various community events like Pet Palooza and Rock the Block. This has given them the opportunity to showcase their products while fostering a sense of togetherness and support within the Mosaic community.
